Peabody Engineering Integrates WATCH-IT with New Boundary's TankVista
Type: News

New Boundary Technologies announced Peabody Engineering, a provider of tank management systems, integrated New Boundary Technologies' TankVista remote monitoring and control software into its newly released Tank WATCH-IT remote tank monitoring solution.

TankVista collects and aggregates raw tank sensor data and converts it into actionable information, graphs and maps, all readily available from any computer with an Internet connection. Specifically, TankVista's cloud-based mapping features allow users to remotely visualize tank locations and conditions, and identify tanks in need of refill or service without the need for physical site visits that include manual, unsafe and often less-than- accurate measuring techniques.
"Re-selling TankVista as Tank WATCH-IT enables us to deliver a new service offering and provides more advanced asset tracking tools for our clients," said Mark Peabody, chief executive officer of Peabody Engineering. "Our clients want to improve operational efficiencies through remote tank monitoring, and Tank WATCH-IT allows us to help them do so by offering a complete, end-to-end tank manufacturing and remote monitoring experience."

Peabody Engineering's Tank WATCH-IT solution also integrates TankVista with Digi International's iDigi Tank - a wireless machine- to-machine (M2M) solutions bundle that includes the tank sensors, hardware, hosted software and additional services needed to connect remote tank assets, the Company said. Peabody Engineering can install and pre-configure Tank WATCH-IT sensors and networking equipment prior to client delivery and installation for even greater time and cost savings.

"TankVista is a game-changer in the remote tank management and commercial storage industry," said Kim Pearson, chief executive officer of New Boundary Technologies. "We look forward to working with progressive tank manufacturers such as Peabody Engineering to help them grow their own profit margins while their clients do the same through effective remote monitoring and control."
